Fife Centre for Equalities (FCE) is a local charity funded by Fife Council with the charitable aims of raising awareness and understanding of equality and diversity across all communities and community groups in Fife.
FCE provides access to appropriate information, assistance and training to communities and community groups in support of fair and inclusive community development.

Our values are to work with honesty, integrity, respect and transparency, and strive to demonstrate a fully inclusive approach in everything we do. We want everyone we work with to share these values in the belief that they will help make Fife a fairer and more equal place.








What do we do?
Consultations and Events
We work with communities and organisations to barriers to enable taking part in local decision making. We help everyone run inclusive events.
Training, Workshops, Research
We support local groups and organisations improve their inclusion practices through training, policy and practice advice and equality information.
Improving Local Services through user feedback
We listen to the experiences of diverse communities in Fife to help improve services access and reach.
Connecting Equality Groups and Organisations
We provide opportunities such as forums and community events for individuals to connect with each other, with equality organisations and help reduce social isolation.
