Join us for a conversation about creating a Fife-area Employee Resource Network (working title: FERN).
Why FERN?
Employee networks and groups (Staff networks | CIPD) can be really positive and help employees to safely find their voice, connect to peers, gain self-confidence and improve in-work situations or wider career aspirations. They can help employers develop practical and useful inclusive policies as well as deliver on Fair Work frameworks or other employee voice and wellbeing initiatives.
