July Get-Together: Pittencrieff Park

The Fife Inclusion Network, July Get Together, took place in Pittencrieff Park, Dunfermline. Once again, we found out that unforeseen circumstances such as the weather and last-minute change of the location could not dampen our spirits and enthusiasm for meeting together.
We enjoyed a relaxing walk in the park, spending time outdoors, and contributing to our daily step count and wellbeing. We were lucky to visit the just opened “Digitise Your Soul” exhibition at Pittencrieff House. It was a good reminder that simply stepping outside your front door can lead you to unexpected discovering.
Our new member Amandine shared her work and project ideas with us. It was wonderful to hear about her work as it has so much in common with our FIN values. We always look forward to meeting more people as every person brings new fresh ideas, experiences and perspectives, making our network even more diverse and inclusive.
We finished our day together with a nice cuppa at the Peacock Room café enjoying great company and good conversation.

We hope our FIN August Get Together will be another light and relaxed summer gathering. This time, we will be going to Cairnie Farm for fruit picking on11th Aug from 12pm-4pm, it is one of the ideas suggested by our Steering Group members. We are always delighted to help bring our members' ideas to life and make them part of our programme, so if you have suggestions about future activities, partners and places we can visit,
please share those with us at fin@centreforequalities.org.uk or contact one of our team members.
As always, we welcome new members to join the Fife Inclusion Network.
If you are looking for support, want to meet new people, gain confidence in a friendly environment, share experiences and ideas, here is an opportunity.
