This involves becoming more informed and involved in the work that is happening in Fife which supports women from all communities and protected characteristics to access support when it is needed, and to be able to participate fully where they live, work and study.

Last autumn Lily and James from the University of St Andrews joined us at Fife Centre for Equalities for their ScotGEM student placement.  

On 27th May we had our FIN May Get-Together and the theme was about mental health and wellbeing.  

As part of our Companion Support Project and in a bid to help improve the mental health and wellbeing of everyone in Fife, we’re excited to launch a series of monthly challenges focused on supporting positive mental health and personal wellbeing, all designed to be simple, meaningful, and suitable for everyone to take part in.
