Due to last minute venue troubles, we have unfortunately had to move from our original location at Kirkcaldy Rugby Club. We will now be at Greener Kirkcaldy, 8 East Fergus Place, KY1 1XT from 10:00, similarly to last year’s session.

Welcome to the 2nd instalment of our monthly mental health improvement challenges. Running from June-March, every other month we’ll be giving the people of Fife a new challenge in an aim to improve your mental health. 

We’d like to say thank you to everyone who participated in our June Get-Together on the 17th of June 2025 at Exit Community Centre in Glenrothes, celebrating Refugee Week. 

On 27th May we had our FIN May Get-Together and the theme was about mental health and wellbeing.
